The Challenge: Managing Recruitment at Scale

Confido’s Recruitment Process

Confido’s normal recruitment process starts with a hiring request from a manager (who submits a job requisition). The recruiter then creates an initial job profile and job ad. Once the necessary edits and/or approvals are in place, the job ad is published and the open position is made public.

Confido’s hiring cycles typically last around  just two weeks, though in some cases, they aim to make the hiring decision in just 7 days. The recruiter start engaging with candidates almost immediately—rather than waiting until the end of the process to review all applicants, the recruiter assesses and progresses qualified candidates as they apply. This means that early applicants have a higher chance of being selected.

The recruiter reviews applications, moves suitable candidates into the “Good Fit Based on CV” stage in their applicant tracking system, and then hands them over to the hiring manager for further evaluation and review. Confido hires for a wide variety of roles, ranging from customer service representatives to top-tier medical specialists. At the same time, they might be recruiting IT professionals while also searching for a gastroenterologist for example. This means that recruitment projects and candidate volumes vary significantly.
